A puff dessert with sour cream will surprise you and your guests with its delicate and refined taste.
Sugar cookies 2 pcs
Butter 40 g
Canned pineapple slices 4 tbsp. l.
Chocolate without additives 40 g
Hard cheese 40 g
Sour cream 200 g
Powdered sugar 2 tsp
Prunes 1 pc
Almonds to taste
Walnuts to taste
Line the bottom of the bowl with pieces of canned fruit.
For the second layer, grind the cookies (almost to dust, by hand or in a food processor) and mix with a lump of softened butter. With the resulting crumbly mass, pour the fruit slices into coarse sand crumbs.
Now grate chocolate (bitter is best) and finely grate the cheese. Lay out: half of the chocolate in the third layer, the curls of cheese in the fourth, the remaining half of the chocolate in the fifth.
Mix sour cream (25% fat, the tastiest) with powdered sugar and put it on dessert (you can replace the powder with sugar).
Top with prunes, walnuts and whole almonds.
Leave the dessert to soak for half an hour at room temperature.
