Strawberry tart without baking is a real summer strawberry treat.
Cooking time 1 hour
Strawberry 300 g
Soft cottage cheese 300 g
Cookies 300 g
Sugar 120 g
Cream 10% fat. 100 ml
Butter 100 g
Water (for gelatin) 100 ml
Gelatin 20 g
Break the cookies into pieces.
Grind well in a blender or mince.
Add soft butter.
Mix the mixture well.
Put the cookie mass into a split form and smooth well. Make small bumpers. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Pour gelatin with water and leave for 10 minutes.
Heat gelatin well until dissolved.
Set aside 2 tbsp. tablespoons of gelatin, add cream to the rest and mix.
Whisk soft cottage cheese and sugar in a large bowl.
Add the buttercream and stir.
Pour the creamy curd mass onto the frozen crust and refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
Cut the strawberries into slices and lay out on top.
Coat the berry layer with the remaining gelatin.
Put in the cold for 20 minutes.
Put the finished tart out of the mold.
