Smoked brisket salad


Smoked pork belly 50 g

Radish 3-5 pcs

Peking cabbage 1/3 bunch

Red onion 1/2 pc

Feta cheese 50-70 g

Lettuce leaves 3-5 pcs

Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. l.

Tomatoes 1 pc

Ground black pepper to taste

Cut the brisket with plastic and fry in a pan.

Fold coarsely torn lettuce leaves, chopped Chinese cabbage into a bowl.

Add radish cut into thin slices, diced feta cheese, tomatoes cut into thin semicircles, red onion rings. Season with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently.

Put on a platter and serve. Salad ready.
