The light, weightless strawberry dessert will definitely please the female half and of course the kids.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Frozen strawberries 200 g
Edible gelatin (instant) 15 g
Powdered sugar 150 pcs
Lemon 1/2 pc
Defrost the strawberries. Save the juice. Use a blender to smooth the berries into a smooth puree.
Add the gelatin, let it swell for a few minutes (follow the instructions on the package), then add the powdered sugar and lemon juice, stir and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil! Now let the mixture cool to room temperature and beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes at high speed until the mixture significantly expands in volume, brightens and becomes thick.
Line the curing form with baking paper, put the strawberry mass on the paper and smooth. Leave in a cool place, uncovered, to harden for several hours.
When the mixture has solidified, place it on a board and cut into cubes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar when serving.
