Fried bananas in caramel

Fried bananas in caramel, this is an original dessert for a romantic dinner.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Banana 2 pcs

Butter 40 g

Sugar 3-5 tbsp l.

Water 2-3 tbsp. l.

Ground cinnamon 1 pinch.

Whipped cream for garnish


Peel bananas.

Cut into 6 pieces.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add sugar, cinnamon and water.

While stirring, bring to a boil, reduce heat.

While stirring constantly, wait for the caramel color and smell.

Gently lay out the banana slices and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.

Put on a dish and pour over the remaining caramel. Serve with whipped cream.
