Baked apples with honey and pine nuts


Sweet and sour apples 3 pcs

Pine nut kernel 2 tbsp l.

Honey 1 tbsp l.

Whipped cream for garnish

Wash and dry the apples.

Remove the core, leaving the bottom at the apple.

Sprinkle nuts.

Cover with honey.

Put in the oven for 1 hour at 150 degrees C.

Cool slightly, place on a platter and garnish with whipped cream.
