Chocolate cakes "For tea"

Cooking time 40 minutes


Shortbread cookies 300 g

Butter 200 g

Walnuts 100 g

Seedless white raisins 100 g

Sugar 1/2 cup

Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.

Coconut flakes


Pass the cookies and nuts through a meat grinder.

Melt the butter, add cocoa and sugar.

Cook for 5 minutes. Let cool and add the egg. Mix well.

Rinse and cut the raisins. Add to a bowl of cookies.

Mix cocoa mass with cookies in one bowl.


Put on plastic wrap in the form of a sausage. Put in the freezer for 3 hours.

Take out and cut into portions. Sprinkle with coconut.
