Sauce with olives


Egg 1 pc

Salt 1 pinch.

Mustard with seeds 1 tsp

Olive oil 1/2 cup

Pitted black olives 10 pcs

Break the egg into a blender bowl, add 1 pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of mustard with seeds.


Slowly pour in the olive oil and continue to beat. When the mixture thickens, add the olives.

Beat again.

The sauce with olives is ready. Serve with fish or meat.
