Aioli sauce


Egg 1 pc

Mustard with seeds 1 tsp

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Lemon juice 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1 pinch.

Ground black pepper to taste

Olive oil 1/2 cup

Break an egg into a blender bowl and add the mustard.

Whisk in a thin stream of olive oil while whisking. Add pepper, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt to the resulting mass and beat again.

Aioli garlic sauce is ready. Serve with meat and fish dishes.
