Wild garlic pesto sauce

The wild garlic pesto sauce is ideal for pasta, but can also be spread on bread. Very tasty.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Ramson 1 bunch

Pine nuts 2 tbsp l.

Parmesan cheese 50 g

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Lemon 1/2 pc

Salt to taste


Fry pine nuts in a pan and cool.

Grate cheese.

Wash, dry and chop the greens.

Grind nuts (You can use a coffee grinder).

In a blender bowl, combine cheese, herbs, chopped nuts and butter.

Grind well. Season with salt and lemon juice to taste.

Stir again and place in a small deep plate. The sauce is ready.

The sauce can be used as a paste for bread, toast and chips. Can be mixed with hot spaghetti, added to other sauces, hot dishes, side dishes, soups.
