Lean mayonnaise with mustard

This recipe will help you make a natural, healthy, and delicious lean mayonnaise at home.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 250 ml

Cucumber pickle (or from green peas) 100 ml

Ready-made mustard 1 tbsp l.

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp


Pour 100 ml of cucumber pickle into the blender bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Beat well with a blender until white.

Cool in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes and beat again.

Lean mayonnaise is ready. Store in a refrigerator in a closed jar for no more than 3 days.

Can be served at the table.
