Lean mushroom sauce

This lean sauce with champignons and tomato paste is perfect with pasta, potatoes and porridge.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Fresh champignons 6-7 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Tomato paste 4 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Cut the mushrooms into pieces.

Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato paste, salt and sugar. Add ½ cup water and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and stir.

Our lean mushroom sauce is ready. Transfer to a saucepan and serve.
