Cheese salad dressing

This is a cheese salad dressing, a great alternative to mayonnaise. Perfect for dressing vegetable salads.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Lemon zest 1/2 pc

Lemon juice 1/2 pc

Yogurt 100 g

Cheese 30 g

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Salt to taste


Remove the lemon zest on a grater.

Put the yogurt in a blender bowl. Add chopped garlic, zest and lemon juice.

Beat until smooth. Add grated cheese and salt.

Beat well again and place in a saucepan.

The cheese salad dressing is ready. Can be added to your favorite vegetable salad.
