Homemade mustard

Home mustard, real, vigorous. Indispensable for all dishes and always at your fingertips.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Water 120 ml

Dry mustard 50 g

Vinegar 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Ground pepper to taste


Pour hot water into a bowl.

Add salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. Mix well.

Transfer dry mustard to a deep bowl.

Add prepared water with oil.

Grind the mass well.

Add ground black pepper and stir again. Cover with foil and put in a warm place for 2-3 hours.

Homemade mustard is ready. Place in a saucepan and serve. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
