Tomato sauce with mushrooms

Fast, thick, tomato sauce with mushrooms is a great addition to potato, pasta and meat dishes.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Fresh champignons 3-5 pcs

Water 100-120 ml

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Tomato paste 2-3 tbsp l.


Peel mushrooms and onions.

Finely chop mushrooms and onions, fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add tomato paste.

Add water, salt and ground pepper. Simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes.

Put the sauce in a saucepan.

Our delicious tomato sauce with mushrooms is ready. Can be served with potato, pasta or meat dishes.
