Tomato paste sauce

A universal recipe for tomato paste tomato sauce for all meat and vegetable dishes.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Water 200 ml

Tomato paste 4 tbsp l.

Black peppercorns 10-12 pcs

Carnation 5-7 pcs

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Paprika 1 pinch.

Preparation

Combine tomato paste and water in a saucepan.

Add salt, sugar and spices.

Simmer over medium heat for 20-23 minutes.

Cool and strain through a sieve.

Pour into a saucepan.

Our tomato paste sauce is ready. The sauce goes well with French fries and meat. Can be served at the table.
