Lean tomato paste sauce is perfect with pasta and pasta dishes, potatoes and vegetable dishes.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Water 200 ml
Tomato paste 50 ml
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sweet ground paprika 1/4 tsp
Peel one onion and chop finely.
Put the onion in a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, add 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika.
Add 50 ml of tomato paste.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 200 ml of water.
Simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Cool the sauce a little, pour into the gravy boat.
Lean tomato paste sauce is ready. Can be served at the table.
