Sour cream sauce

Delicate sour cream sauce will be an excellent addition to meat and fish dishes. Cooking takes a few seconds, and dishes become juicier and more delicious with it.

Sour cream 10% fat. 200 g

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Salt to taste


Take fresh sour cream, not very fat. Peel the garlic. Rinse and dry the dill well.

Pass the garlic cloves through a press, chop the dill.

Add dill and garlic to sour cream. Salt to taste.

Mix well and let it brew a little.

Put in a gravy boat and serve with your favorite meat and fish dishes.
