Blackcurrant jelly for the winter

Using this recipe, you can make natural, delicious blackcurrant jelly for the winter. You only need berries and sugar.

Currant 1 kg

Sugar 500 g


Collect black currants and sort out debris and leaves.

Rinse under running water and drain off.

Fold the black currant berries in a saucepan and boil after boiling for 5 minutes.

Punch well with a blender.

Grind the mass through a fine metal sieve.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and add sugar.

Cook after boiling for 5-7 minutes.

Pour into clean jars and cork.

Blackcurrant jelly for the winter is ready. Store in a cool place.
