Plums 2 kg

Sugar 700 g

Pectin 20 g


Rinse and dry plums.

Remove pits and place in a saucepan.

Punch in mashed potatoes with a blender.

Rub the mixture through a fine sieve to get rid of the skin.

Pour pure puree into a cooking pot.

Add sugar mixed with pectin.

Cook until boiling for 5-7 minutes and remove the foam. Boil for another 5 minutes.

Pour into clean and dry jars.

Seal with lids and remove to cool in a warm place.

Plum jam for the winter is ready. Store in a cool place.
