Apricot jam five minutes

Five-minute apricot jam with tender apricot halves, which will so pleasantly help you spend your leisure time with a cup of aromatic tea, is very easy to make using our recipe.

Apricots 2, 5 kg

Sugar 1.5 kg


Wash and dry the apricots.

Divide into halves and remove seeds.

Place the apricots in a saucepan.

Cover with sugar and cover. Leave on for 3-4 hours.

When the apricots have juiced, place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the jam to a boil.

Skim off the foam as needed. Cook for 5 minutes.

Cool the jam for 5-6 hours, then boil again for 5 minutes, cool again and boil for 5 minutes. Pour hot jam into clean and dry jars.

Tighten with lids and put in heat until it cools completely.

The five-minute apricot jam is ready. Store jam in a cool place.
