Ground cucumbers 1 kg

Tomatoes 1 kg

White cabbage 1/2 kg

Bell pepper 2 pcs

Garlic clove 4 pcs

Dill umbrellas

Bay leaf

Allspice peas

Salt

Sugar

Vinegar 9%

Preparation

Cut the pepper into rings, remove the core. Cut the cabbage into squares.

Rinse tomatoes and cucumbers.

At the bottom of clean jars, lay on a whisk of dill, a couple of cloves of garlic, bay leaf and 3-4 peas of allspice.

Fill the jars with tomatoes and cucumbers.

Make layers of cabbage and pepper.

Pour boiling water into jars up to the neck and cover with lids for 15 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of salt and sugar to 1 liter.

Pour the brine into jars and add 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar to a 1.5 liter jar.

Tighten the jars and put them in heat until they cool completely.
