Homemade apple jam

Homemade apple jam is tender, fragrant, thick, it will give warmth and comfort in winter and will decorate any table.

Apples (ranetok) 1.5 kg

Sugar 400 g


Sort out 1, 5 kilograms of apples (ranetki), rinse well.

Cut apples into quarters and core, place in a saucepan.

Boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil apples until soft.

Cool the apple mass and rub through a sieve.

Put the applesauce in a saucepan and add sugar to 1 kilogram of puree - 500 grams of sugar.

Cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour hot jam into jars. Seal with lids and put in a warm place until it cools completely.

Homemade apple jam is ready. Store in a cellar or dark cool place.
