Tomatoes (large) 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Fetaxa 30 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the tomato and dill well.
Cut the tomato into small cubes into a bowl.
Add finely chopped dill.
Season with pepper and vegetable oil.
Crumble the Fetax cheese into a bowl with your hands and stir.
Divide into portioned salad bowls.
Salad with tomatoes and Oia cheese. One of the many salads that you can eat just like that, can be used as a pita filling or simply laid out on baguette croutons.
