Water 1 l

Sea buckthorn 200 g

Sugar 200 g

Apple 3-4 pcs


Rinse and dry well sea buckthorn berries and apples.

Put the sea buckthorn berries in clean jars 1/3 of the volume.

Add sliced ​​apples without core.

Pour boiling water over and cover, leave for 15 minutes.

Pour the water into a saucepan and add sugar per 1 liter of 200 grams of sugar. Boil the syrup.

Pour syrup into jars.

Tighten with lids and put in heat until it cools completely.

Sea buckthorn and apple compote is ready. Store the compote in a cool place.
