Tomatoes for the winter "Salad" are a delicious appetizer to any festive table. I opened a jar of tomato and the guests salivated.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Tomatoes 2 kg
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Bell pepper 2 pcs
Dill whisk 2 pcs
Vinegar essence 70%
Put dill whisk in clean jars, 2 bay leaves, 5-7 peppercorns and 3-4 cloves each.
Cut the onion into rings, carrots and peppers into coarse strips.
Wash the tomatoes well.
Put some of the vegetables in the jars.
Add chopped tomatoes to the jars.
Add some more vegetables to the top of the jar.
Pour 1 tablespoon on top of a 1.5 liter jar of sugar and salt. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into each jar.
Pour filtered or cooled boiled water up to the neck and put the jar in a pot of cold water for sterilization. Cover the jar with a lid, after boiling water in a saucepan, keep the jars with tomatoes on fire for 15 minutes.
Pour 1/2 teaspoon into a 1.5 liter jar of 70% vinegar essence and tighten with lids. Leave warm until cool.
Tomatoes for the winter "Salad" are ready. Store in a cellar.
