Lemon Jam

Lemon jam is a storehouse of vitamins not in the store, but always at your fingertips. And what wonderful lemon pies turn out, you will lick your fingers!

Cooking time 40 minutes


Lemon 1 kg

Sugar 1 kg


Rinse the lemons.

Cut into pieces and remove seeds.

Twist the lemons through a meat grinder.

Add sugar and stir. Leave on for 20 minutes.

Transfer to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Fill clean jars with jam and twist.

The lemon jam is ready. Put in a warm place until it cools completely.
