Lemon 1 kg
Sugar 1 kg
Rinse the lemons.
Cut into pieces and remove seeds.
Twist the lemons through a meat grinder.
Add sugar and stir. Leave on for 20 minutes.
Transfer to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Fill clean jars with jam and twist.
