Crispy cucumbers per liter jar

This simple recipe will help you prepare delicious crispy cucumbers in a 1 liter jar. Crunch your health in winter!

Cooking time 30 minutes


Cucumbers 2-2.5 kg

Head of garlic 1 pc

Dill umbrellas 2 pcs

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Black peppercorns 8-10 pcs

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.

Vodka 50 ml


Rinse cucumbers well, cut the tails.

In liter jars, put on a dill umbrella, a couple of garlic cloves, 1 bay leaf and 4-5 black peppercorns.

Place cucumbers tightly in jars.

Pour boiling water over and cover for 15 minutes.

Pour the water into a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar to 1 liter. Boil the marinade.

Add 50 ml of vodka and 2 tablespoons of vinegar to 1 liter of marinade.

Pour marinade into jars and roll up. Leave to cool at room temperature. Do not wrap. Store in the cellar after cooling.

Crispy cucumbers are ready for a liter jar.
