Tomato 2 kg

Onion 2-3 pcs

A clove of garlic 2-4 pieces

Dill umbrellas 2-3 pcs

Bay leaf


Vegetable oil

Black peppercorns

Vinegar essence 70%




Sort the tomatoes and wash well.

Wash the jars well. Put an umbrella of dill, bay leaf, a couple of cloves of garlic, 2-3 cloves, 3-4 black peppercorns in each.

Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Put tomatoes in jars, alternating with onions.

Pour 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into each liter jar.

Pour plain water into jars and sterilize from the moment of boiling for 25 minutes.

Add ½ teaspoon of 70% vinegar essence and twist. Put in a warm place until it cools completely.

Tomatoes and onions are ready for the winter. Store in a cellar or cool place.
