Jelly tomatoes for the winter, this is an amazing snack on your table for the winter holidays.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Tomato 2 kg

Water 1-1.5 l

Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Gelatin 20 g

Dill umbrellas 2 pcs

Garlic clove 4 pcs

Black peppercorns 8 pcs

Cloves 4-6 pcs

Vinegar 9%


Wash the tomatoes well.

Put in jars on an umbrella of dill, a couple of cloves of garlic, 3-4 peas of black pepper, 2-3 cloves, 1 bay leaf.

Cut the tomatoes into halves and put them in jars, cut down on top of each other.

Pour gelatin with 200 grams of water and leave until it swells.

Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and add salt and sugar.

Add gelatin to the boiling marinade and boil for 1 minute.

Pour marinade into jars and cover with lids.

Put on sterilization for 15 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar to each jar and roll up.

Wrap up until it cools completely.

Tomatoes in jelly are ready for the winter. Store in a cool place.
