Tomato 2 kg

Dill umbrellas 2 pcs

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Garlic clove 4 pcs

Cloves to taste

Allspice peas to taste

Vinegar 9% 2 pcs

Preparation

Put 1 dill umbrella, 2 cloves of garlic, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 allspice peas, 1 bay leaf each in clean jars.

Rinse the tomatoes.

Place the tomatoes tightly in the jars.

Pour boiling water over and leave for 15 minutes, cover with lids.

Pour the water into a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of salt and 4 tablespoons of sugar to 1 liter.

Boil the marinade, add 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar.

Pour marinade into jars and roll up. Put in a warm place until it cools completely.
