An assortment of cucumbers and tomatoes for the winter, always a ready-made party snack on your table.

Cucumbers 1 kg
Tomato 1 kg
Dill umbrellas 2 pcs
Garlic clove 3-4 pcs
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Black peppercorns to taste
Vinegar essence 70% 1 tsp
Wash the jars well. Put an umbrella of dill, a couple of cloves of garlic, 1 bay leaf, 3-4 black peppercorns in each.
Rinse the cucumbers, cut the tails.
Put some of the cucumbers in jars.
Rinse and sort the tomatoes. Put more tightly in banks.
Add another layer of cucumbers.
Pour boiling water into jars to the top and cover with lids for 15 minutes.
Pour the water into a saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt to 1 liter. Boil the marinade, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar essence to 1 liter.
Pour into jars and seal. Put in a warm place until it cools completely.
Assorted cucumbers and tomatoes for the winter are ready. Store in a cellar.
