Pepper (small) 2 kg
Tomato 2-3 kg
Onion 0.5 kg
Carrots 0.5 kg
Head of garlic 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Sugar 100 g
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Paprika 1 tsp
Vinegar 6% to taste
Rinse and dry the peppers.
Cut off the caps and remove the seeds.
Peel the onions and carrots.
Fry coarsely chopped onions in a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil until soft for 4-5 minutes.
Fry grated carrots in oil in the same way as onions.
Mix onions and carrots in a bowl, add a little salt and cool.
Stuff the peppers with vegetables.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Mince the tomatoes, add finely chopped dill and pressed garlic.
Add salt, sugar and ground paprika.
Put the peppers in clean jars in layers, pouring the tomato dressing.
Cover with lids and sterilize liter cans for 30 minutes.
At the end of cooking, pour 6% vinegar into a 1 liter jar with 2 tablespoons. Roll up and put in heat until it cools completely.
