Ingredients

Black currant 500 g

Sugar 500 g

Preparation

Sort out the berries.

Rinse well and pat dry.

Scroll through a meat grinder.

Add sugar.

Stir and leave for 5-7 minutes.

Divide into clean and dry jars.

Screw on or close with nylon caps.

Twisted currants with sugar are ready for the winter. Keep refrigerated.
