Zucchini salad "Summer"

Zucchini salad "Leto" is a delicate and rich taste of summer vegetables in a jar.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Zucchini 2-3 pcs

Bell pepper 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Onion 2 pcs

Tomato juice (freshly prepared) 300 ml

Vinegar 6% 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tbsp l.


Rinse the courgettes and peppers.

Cut the courgettes and peppers into slices in a large saucepan.

Add finely chopped onions and grated carrots.

Add tomato juice and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar, boil for another 10 minutes.

Arrange in jars tightly without voids.

Tighten the lids and put in heat until they cool completely.

The Leto salad is ready. Store in a cool place.
