Gooseberries with lemon for the winter, very tasty, and most importantly healthy! A jar of vitamin C is always at hand.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Gooseberry 500 g

Sugar 500 g

Lemon 1 pc


Wash the berries well, sort out, remove the tails.

Cut the lemon into pieces, remove the seeds.

Twist the gooseberries with lemon through a meat grinder.

Add sugar.

Mix well.

Arrange in clean jars.

Tighten with caps or close under nylon caps.

Gooseberries with lemon are ready for the winter. Keep refrigerated.
