Garlic arrow paste for the winter is a tasty, healthy garlic seasoning for your favorite dishes.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Arrow of garlic 300 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Sort the garlic arrows, remove the dry ends. Cut into pieces of arrows.
Scroll through a meat grinder.
Add salt and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Arrange in jars.
Garlic arrow paste is ready for the winter. Screw on the lids and store in the refrigerator.
