Pickled cucumbers with dill

Pickled and flavored cucumber snacks for your table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Cucumbers 2 kg

Head of garlic 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Bay leaf to taste

Allspice peas to taste

Water 1 l

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Vinegar 9%


Wash cucumbers well, cut the tails.

Add 2 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves and 5 allspice peas to clean jars.

Add some finely chopped dill.

Cut the cucumbers into 3-4 pieces of "egg capsules" and put in a jar in one layer.

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Fill the jars with cucumbers up to the neck.

Boil the marinade from salt, sugar and water.

Pour hot marinade into jars and cover with lids.

Put on hot sterilization for 15 minutes.

Add vinegar to each jar and cork. For 1 liter jar 2 tablespoons.

Put in a warm place until it cools completely.

Pickled cucumbers with dill are ready. Store in a cool place.
