Apricots 2 kg
Cherry 300 g
Sugar 200 g
Citric acid 5 g
Wash and dry apricots and cherries well.
Put apricots in halves in clean jars, removing the seeds, and cherries.
Pour boiling water over and cover with lids. Leave on for 15 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and citric acid (based on 1 liter of 200 grams of sugar and 5 grams of citric acid), boil the syrup.
Pour hot syrup into jars. Roll up the jars and put them in heat until they cool.
