Freezing of apricots for the winter

Ingredients

Apricots 1 kg

Water 1 stack.

Citric acid 1 pinch.

Sealed bags

Preparation

Sort the apricots and wash well.

Divide into halves and remove seeds.

Dissolve a pinch of citric acid in a small bowl of water and dip the apricots for a few seconds so that the apricots do not darken during freezing.

Dry on a flat dish and freeze.

Place the frozen apricots in sealed pouches and store them in the freezer.

Frozen apricots are ready for the winter.
