Apricot jam for the winter

Sunny apricot jam with pulp will warm you with winter teas and is perfect for making a delicious pie.

Apricots 2 kg

Sugar 1 kg


Sort the apricots and wash well.

Divide into halves and remove seeds.

Grind apricots in a meat grinder. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and add sugar.

Mix well and cook over medium heat, from the moment of boiling, cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring, reduce heat.

Arrange the finished jam in clean jars. Seal with lids.

Apricot jam for the winter is ready.
