Tomato 1 kg
Bulgarian pepper 500 g
Hot pepper 2-3 pcs
Head of garlic 2 pcs
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Rinse and dry tomatoes and peppers.
Pass the peeled bell peppers, tomatoes and hot peppers through a meat grinder. Peel the garlic.
Put the garlic in a bowl and season with salt. Add to tomatoes.
Stir well and arrange in clean and dry jars. Close with lids.
Cobra for the winter from a tomato is ready. Store the ready-made hot seasoning in the refrigerator.
