Jellied "Olivier"

Favorite salad "Olivier" can be prepared in the form of an extraordinary aspic. Such an original presentation will surprise your guests, and besides, it is very tasty.

Ham 200 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Canned green peas 100 g

Carrot 1 pc

Potatoes 2 pcs

Gelatin (30 g powder) 5-6 pcs

Mayonnaise 50 g

Salt to taste


Cut the ham and cucumbers into small cubes.

Boil the eggs and cool.

Finely chop the eggs, separate the peas from the liquid.

Soak gelatin in 120 ml. water, warm well over a fire (do not boil).

Boil potatoes and carrots, cool and peel. Cut into cubes.

Mix all the vegetables in a bowl and season the salad with mayonnaise.

Add gelatin.

Salt a little to taste. Arrange in molds.

Put in the cold for 3-4 hours. Put out of the molds and garnish with herbs.
