Rinse all vegetables, peel onions, peppers and courgettes.
Chop peppers and onions into cubes.
Add the diced courgettes.
Add the diced tomatoes.
Stir the vegetables.
Divide into bags, remove excess air and close.
Freezing zucchini with vegetables for the winter is ready. Transfer to the freezer for storage.
Before cooking, simply add the vegetables to the skillet with a little vegetable oil and simmer the vegetables covered for 10-12 minutes over medium heat and add to the main dish.
