Winter tomato sauce with mustard is a delicious addition to any meat dishes.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Tomato 1 kg
Head of garlic 1-2 pcs
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard (dry) 1 tbsp l.
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Rinse and dry the tomatoes.
Peel the garlic.
Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Transfer to a saucepan and put on fire, cook until boiling.
Add chopped garlic, mustard, oil and salt.
Mix well and place in jars or bottles.
Tomato sauce for the winter with mustard is ready. Keep cold.
