Pickled tomatoes with mustard

The most delicious recipe for making pickled tomatoes for the winter with the addition of mustard seeds.

Cooking time 1 hour


Tomato 2 kg

Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Mustard seed 2 tbsp l.

Head of garlic 1 pc

Bay leaf to taste

Cloves to taste

Allspice peas to taste

Vinegar 9% to taste


Wash the tomatoes well.

Put in clean jars on a whisk of dill, 2-3 clove buds, 5 allspice peas.

Add 2-3 cloves of garlic.

Pour 1 tbsp into each jar. tablespoons of mustard seeds.

Place the tomatoes in jars.

Pour boiling water over and leave for 20 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar in 1 liter of water. Boil the marinade well.

Pour the marinade into jars and add 2 tbsp. spoons of 9% vinegar in each.

Roll up the lids and put in a warm place overnight.

Our delicious pickled tomatoes with mustard are ready. Store in a cool place.
