Bulgarian pepper 3-4 pcs

Onion 2-3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt 1 tbsp l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Vinegar 9% 3-4 tbsp. l.


Rinse vegetables, peel onions and peppers.

Cut the tomatoes into slices into a bowl.

Add chopped pepper into strips.

Add chopped onion in half rings.

Place in a large saucepan, add oil, salt and sugar.

Mix vegetables well and leave for 1 hour.

Add finely chopped herbs and vinegar.

Arrange in jars and pour over juice from vegetables.
