Berry jam without cooking for the winter is quick, simple and tasty, and the amount of sugar can be added to taste.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Raspberry 300 g
Black currant 300 g
Sugar (to taste) 150 g
Sort out the raspberries, rinse and dry the currants well.
Pass the berries through a meat grinder or blender.
Add sugar and stir.
Divide into sealed containers and close with lids.
