If the gorloder is mixed with sour cream and served with mantas or dumplings, these dishes acquire an absolutely fantastic taste. And also it is perfect as an independent sauce for meat dishes.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Tomatoes 1 kg
Horseradish roots 100 g
Hot pepper (to taste) 2-3 pcs
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Rinse the tomatoes well.
Peel horseradish, remove tails from hot pepper.
Skip the tomatoes without a meat grinder.
Add the horseradish and hot pepper minced through a meat grinder.
Season with salt and mix well, let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Divide into clean and dry jars.
Tighten the lids and store in the refrigerator.
Gorloder is ready for the winter. Keep refrigerated.
