Apricot jam wedges

Apricot jam in slices is a magical and sunny apricot slices that will delight you on winter evenings with a cup of aromatic tea.

Cooking time 3 hours


Apricots (hard) 2 kg

Sugar 1.5 kg

Water 150 ml

Citric acid (on the tip of a knife)


Rinse and sort the apricots.

Halve and remove pits, cut into wedges.

Dissolve the sugar in a saucepan with water and boil the syrup.

Add apricot wedges and set aside for 1 hour.

Boil the jam and leave again for 1 hour. Repeat again removing the foam. Add citric acid and stir.

Arrange in jars and cork, keep warm until cool.

Apricot jam in slices is ready. Store in a cool place in jam.
